Nike SB "Wino" Stained Janoski

by Steph McGilvra on June 07, 2012

The June Quick Strike for Nike SB arrived today and it was met with much enthusiasm. We had a line of people waiting for them starting around 8am. By the time the FedEx driver arrived a little after 1pm with our shipment, the line had moved inside to get out of the cool and rainy weather and dedicated customers were more that anxious to get their hands on a pair.

The wait was well worth it. The inspiration for this color way came from Stefan Janoski's family business. His father is a wine maker and he wanted to pay homage to the craft and what he does. The stains are made to mimmic red wine stains. There are drips, splatters and in some portions there are rings made to look like the bottom of wine bottles. The shoes turned out really well! The build quality is nice and the stains are a random pattern so no two shoes look the same. The Insoles have stains on them as well.
